Año Mariano

Mariano suffers a car accident on a marijuana plantation being burned by the Civil Guard. In a semi-conscious state, intoxicated by cannabis, he suffers a hallucination in which he believes he has seen the Virgin Mary. People believe him, and thanks to the care of a nun and the services of Toni Towers, a shrewd showman and promoter of small-time entertainment, Mariano becomes, overnight, an enlightened saint.
